Three Rivers to Celebrate Alumni, Honor Former Trustee at Raider Reunion
Three Rivers College will honor the contributions and successes of its alumni at the annual Raider Reunion celebration. The event will be held in the Bess Activity Center on the college’s Poplar Bluff Campus, Saturday, February 3, in conjunction with the Raiders and Lady Raiders basketball games versus State Fair. All Three Rivers former students and graduates; faculty and staff, former and current; and college supporters will receive free admissions to the games and Raider Reunion activities.
“It’s become an important tradition of ours to come together once a year and reconnect with our alumni and our friends,” said Dr. Wesley Payne, President of Three Rivers College. “They are the reason we are here, and we want to take the time to bring them back to Three Rivers for the recognition they deserve.”
The event will kick off at 5 p.m. with the Lady Raiders game. The Raiders game will start at 7 p.m., with a ceremony during halftime honoring the late Bill Holiday, a long-time member of the Three Rivers College Board of Trustees. Raider Reunion also will feature performances by the TRC Cheer Team, a hospitality room for alumni and friends, a Rocky Raider photo booth, and discounts at The College Store.
